2023 SJHA 3 on 3 Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.

Game Schedule

Wednesday nights @ OVA starting April 5th through June 7th (10 weeks)

10U (2013 - 2015) & 12U (2011 & 2012) - 5:15pm to 6:15pm

12U (2011 & 2012) & 15U (2008 - 2010) - 6:30pm to 7:30pm

15U (2008 - 2010) & 16U+(2007 and older) - 7:45pm to 8:45pm

16U+ consists of 2007 players and SJHA members over the age of 18

**The actual schedule will be determined closer to the start date in April**

Each Player must register first with USA Hockey and then return to this Registration Session to signup for the 2023 Spring 3 on 3 program.

Step 1: CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey Registration and register your player(s). Be sure to PRINT and SAVE their confirmation code(s). Remember to register EACH of your players with USA Hockey. Each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation number.
Step 2: Return to this registration and proceed. Later in this registration session you will need to enter the USA Hockey Confirmation Code that you received in Step 1.
